All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping costs will be calculated during check-out. If no one is available at the time of delivery, UPS will leave a note stating that they have made an attempt to deliver. If you sign this note, UPS will drop off your package on next attempt. UPS will make three delivery attempts. Also, please do not use a P.O. Box as a shipping address since UPS will be unable to make the delivery.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping costs are calculated based upon the total weight of your order.  At the time your order is processed you will be charged the amount of the default or the UPS zone charges. 

International Orders:
Shipping Charges for International Orders will be manually calculated and default charges do not apply.  We will examine all possible shipping methods for your order and determine which offers the most reasonable price and best reliability. We do carry 220 and 240 volt models.

Please note that your order will go through customs upon arrival in your country. We are not responsible for customs delays, import duty fees, or third-party customs brokerage fees.

Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Air (extra charges apply):
Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Air orders will be honored based upon merchandise availability and orders placed on weekends will be shipped that Monday or when merchandise first becomes available.  For merchandise that is being re-stocked or is on back order, your order will be shipped the first day it is available to be shipped.

Weekend Orders:
If your order is placed on a weekend, the earliest that it will go out for shipping will be that Monday.  Calculating Air shipments would also begin from that Monday and not the Saturday or Sunday (or past the Friday pickup by the shipping company) on which the order was placed.  The exception to this would be for items that are in the process of being re-stocked or are on back-order - in which case, shipping would be calculated from the first day that the items are available to us to be shipped.
